PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Boston Virtual Imaging partnered with Nuveen and CBRE to produce a leasing video for 33 Arch Street located in Boston, MA.
The client’s need for this video was to highlight the leasable space in the building, as well as showcase the newly renovated lobby, conference center, and on-site amenities. It was also important to focus on the geographical significance of the building, located in Downtown Boston within close proximity to the T, and area amenities. The video would be used as a marketing tool to attract office tenants. The overall timeline for this project was three weeks.
In order to tell this story, Boston Virtual Imaging captured high altitude aerial footage from a helicopter and combined it with neighborhood footage of Downtown Crossing, as well as footage of the interior of the building. 2D text graphics were animated to music to deliver information to the viewer.
My favorite part of this project was capturing the neighborhood footage throughout Downtown Crossing. It’s a densely populated neighborhood with a lot of foot traffic, which lends itself to long lens candid shots. While walking around Downtown Crossing with a camera, you never know what you’re going to get.
