101 ARCH STREET, BOSTON

Boston Virtual Imaging partnered with CBRE to produce a leasing video for 101 Arch Street located in Boston, MA. 

The client’s need for this video was to highlight the newly renovated on-site amenities in the building. It was also important to focus on the geographical significance of the building, located in Downtown Crossing within close proximity to the T, and area amenities. The video would be used as a marketing tool to attract office tenants. The overall timeline for this project was three weeks. 

In order to tell this story, Boston Virtual Imaging captured footage of the building amenity spaces, then combined it with neighborhood footage of Downtown Crossing.  2D text graphics were animated to music to deliver information to the viewer.  

This was a fun space to film, due to the history of the space. The overall space reflects two different generational buildings, an older brick ground level building, with a newer high rise built above it. I captured this with wide shots of the exterior and the main entrance interiors, which showcase a contrast of building materials. I enjoyed editing footage of Downtown Crossing for the intro to the video, to help contextualize the overall space and capture the vibrancy of the neighborhood.
