PARK 9, WELLESLEY

Boston Virtual Imaging partnered with Newmark to produce a leasing video for Park 9 located in Wellesley, MA. 

The client’s need for this video was to highlight each building in the campus,  as well as showcase the newly renovated on-site amenities on-site. It was also important to focus on the geographical significance of the building, located within close proximity to Interstate 95, and corporate neighbors. The video would be used as a marketing tool to attract office tenants. The overall timeline for this project was four weeks. 

In order to tell this story, Boston Virtual Imaging captured aerial footage of the property from a drone and combined it with footage of the interior of each building and noteworthy common spaces. 2D text graphics were animated to music to deliver information to the viewer.  

I really enjoyed filming this location, due to all of the locations that it had to offer. The spaces were newly renovated and located in a natural setting, offering beautiful imagery to work with. The graphic design that our client offered was from their leasing materials. I deconstructed them in InDesign and re-built them in After Effects as simple animations to contextualize the video. I was really pleased with how the color palette of the graphics paired with the interior and exterior footage captured in the fall.
